A community is based on the quality of the relationships of those with in it.

Mindfulness is an ancient practice with modern science that evidences effectiveness in, managing stress, improving focus, expanding awareness and reducing judgement in ourselves and others. We hope and believe that teaching mindfulness to a community will have a pollinating effect, fostering and growing character strengths of kindness, openness, awareness and encouraging a collective and collaborative approach to community and wider issues.

Our aim is to deliver mindfulness training via groups in varying and engaging ways, following researched based programmes and with the understanding that meditation is not the only route to cultivating a mindful approach to life.
Mindfulness is extremely successful taught in group settings and offers an immediate intervention. In certain situations a 1to1 approach can be best.

Mindfulness is a skill, that takes practise.
